Old/Unfinished Business:
Sandy reviewed our current slate of officers and asked for other nominations from the floor. None being given, Sandy Turco made the motion to accept the full slate, David Greene second, and the following officers for 2015 are: Eileen
McNally, President; Janet Simross, Vice President; Linda Leffel, Secretary; and Debby Shelly, Treasurer.
New Business:
*Eileen announced that everyone needs to be aware of emails that are virus scams out there. Be very careful with what you open up-even if from a familiar name-if the message title doesn’t sound like them, beware!
*Dues for next year can be given at any time.
*PLEASE NOTE: As we heard from Kay Hartman, there is a big need for the many toiletries and household necessities which people are NOT allowed to buy with their Food Stamps Card. Beginning next year, our “Food Pantry” collections at meetings will include these items (as well as one month for baby items, and one for pets).
Other Announcements:
Next meeting: Wednesday, December 10th,at Central Christian Church, with program by Mr. Ben Marteny with the Heath High School Choir.
Respectfully Submitted,
Linda Leffel, Secretary, LCRTA
